    CliniSoft can build data forms using a forms design system known as TeleForm Elite® from Cardiff Software.  These specialised forms are used to automate data entry into your custom database.  The forms are completed manually and then faxed or scanned.  TeleForm® reads the data from these forms and then exports the data to any target database you choose.  Forms can also be used on-line so that they may be completed and sent over the Internet.  Contact CliniSoft Corporation for more details.
