The following products are available from CliniSoft: E&M Coder Database The E&M Coder database, currently under development, serves as an E&M Code calculator and a complete clinical encounter database. This means you can generate E&M codes and reports as supporting documentation for your billing. Breast Database The Breast Database is a full-featured electronic medical record for Breast Cancer patients. With over 425 discreet data elements, the database has been designed to be used as both a clinic management and research tool. Melanoma Database The Melanoma Database is a full-featured electronic medical record for Skin Cancer patients. With over 400 discreet data elements, the database has been designed to be used as both a clinic management and research tool. Endocrine Database The Endocrine Database is a full-featured electronic medical record for pediatric endocrine patients. With over 100 discreet data elements, the database has been designed to be used to manage patient data in a pediatric endocrine practice. CliniDraw The CliniDraw drawing module can be used to create new or edit existing patient images. It was designed with a simple un-cluttered user interface and contains a customizable library of pre-drawn items. These can be rapidly dropped onto an image thus enableing the user to rapidly annotate any patient image. CliniSchedule ® CliniSchedule is an appointment scheduling system that enables patient appointment scheduling for multiple physicians and staff. It includes monthly, weekly and daily calendars. CliniDictate ® This is the newest item in CliniSoft's line of database products. CliniDictate can generate custom dictated notes in literally seconds, by using pre-defined paragraphs of text and integrating actual data elements from the database. |
