    CliniDictate can generate custom dictated notes in literally seconds, by using pre-defined paragraphs of text and integrating actual data elements from the database.   Using a familiar "mail-merge" like feature, the user can produce custom "tokens" that are inserted into the text.  A simple click of the mouse then inserts data from the database into each of theses tokens.
