Custom Medical Database Design
Melanoma Database, Main Screen.

    This is the main screen of the Melanoma Database.  It displays a list of patients on the left and a list or tree of data sections on the right.  A List-Form design is used throughout the database;  data is shown in a List which is simply a summary display of data.  To view more detailed information, a Form is called.  The Form is the heart of the database where patient information is added, changed or deleted.
