  Custom Medical Database Design
E&M Coder Database, Main Screen.

    This is the main screen of the E&M Coder Database.  It displays the details of the patient encounter and the E&M data for the visit.   From here you may access screens to enter the History, Examination and Medical Decision data.  Once entered, reports and documentation can be printed to support your billing.  The key benefit is that this program actually stores all the patient data in a database, along with the E&M codes.

    The E&M Coder Database may be used on a service basis or on a time basis, as shown by the following screen.  A digital stop watch keeps track of the actual time you spend on the History, Exam or Medical Decision sections.

    The following is a screen shot of one of the database screens, specifically the Review of Systems.   A simple point-and-click system is employed for rapid data entry.
